I love being a parsimonious Yankee; I was raised in the generation that thinks globally and acts locally. GreenYankee™ is a natural consequence of who I am and, I hope, apparently my passion.

Although itʼs crucial to advocate for our environment, GreenYankee™ is not politically motivated; it strives to exchange information that helps us to become more conscious of how we can act locally on a daily basis, often by making very small adjustments. If political advocacy is a result, all the better.

I created GreenYankee™ to be a central reservoir for people, places and products which can help us simplify our lives, spend less, buy less, and inspire a more environmentally sound daily practice. GreenYankee.com is a practical place which I hope you’ll find useful every day.
